Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the required qualification and age limit for each post before applying.

Educational Qualification

Personal Assistant and Stenographer, Bachelor Degree. Candidates must know typing and stenography in English or Hindi and understand basic computer use.
Junior Engineer, Engineering Degree with one year experience or Engineering Diploma with three years of experience.
Library Attendant, 10+2 with a certificate in library science and one year of work experience.
Security Assistant, 10+2 with knowledge of Hindi, Urdu or English. Experience in Army or Para Military is preferred.
Cook, Class 10 pass with ITI in bakery or confectionery or a diploma in cookery plus three years of experience.
Land Record Posts, Graduate with experience in land records. Patwari training is needed for the Superintendent post.

Knowledge of Hindi and Urdu is helpful for all posts.

Age Limit as on 26 December 2025

Most posts have a maximum age limit of 40 years. Senior posts that fall under deputation require candidates below 56 years. Age relaxation is available for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD and Ex Servicemen under central government rules.

Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will receive salary under the 7th Pay Commission.

Level 13 starts from ₹1,23,100
Level 10 to Level 12 are for senior posts
Level 6 and Level 7 include JE, PA and Private Secretary
Level 4 includes Stenographers
Level 1 and Level 2 include Attendants, Cook and Security Assistants

Employees will also receive DA, HRA, TA and other university benefits.

Selection Process

The selection steps include written test to check general knowledge and job related skills. Skill test is required for posts like Stenographer and Cook. Group A posts include interviews. Document verification happens at the end.
